A quick and easy garlic bread made using store-bought pizza dough, topped with a buttery garlic herb spread and baked to golden perfection. Perfect as a side for pasta, salads, or as a tasty snack.
Ingredients
1 pound store-bought pizza dough
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch by 8-inch rectangle.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
Cut into 6 equal pieces and serve warm.
