A creamy and delicious peanut butter cookie smoothie that tastes just like your favorite cookie in a glass. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons crushed peanut butter cookies
Instructions
Add the vanilla almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to a blender.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Add the ice cubes and crushed peanut butter cookies to the blender.
Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is creamy.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed peanut butter cookies on top before serving.
