Description
A simple and delicious recipe for perfectly grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with basic spices and cooked to juicy perfection.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Brush both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill.
Grill the chicken for 6 minutes on the first side without moving them to get grill marks.
Flip the chicken breasts and grill for another 6 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
