Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
