A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring savory Italian sausage, cheese-filled tortellini, and roasted broccoli, all baked together on a sheet pan for a delicious and hassle-free dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
12 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the broccoli is evenly coated.
Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on one side of the prepared sheet pan.
Add the Italian sausage to the other side of the sheet pan, breaking it up into small pieces with your hands or a spoon.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven. Add the refrigerated tortellini to the sheet pan, distributing it evenly among the sausage and broccoli.
Toss everything gently to combine and spread out evenly on the sheet pan.
Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through, the tortellini is tender, and the broccoli is roasted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Serve warm.
