Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the plain nonfat Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard.
Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the dip is smooth.
Fold in the chopped fresh parsley and chives, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
