Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer garlic sweet potato fries made with simple ingredients. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection for a healthy and delicious snack or side dish.


Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the peeled and cut sweet potato fries in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the sweet potatoes.
Toss the fries thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
