Description

A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe featuring a tangy Dijon mustard and Old Bay seasoning glaze. Perfectly cooked salmon with a crispy exterior and tender interior, ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets, skin-on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth glaze.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them skin-side down on a plate or tray.
Brush the Dijon mustard and Old Bay glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down, making sure they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
