Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and spiralized into noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the spiralized sweet potato noodles in a large bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika over the noodles and toss again to distribute the seasoning.
Transfer the seasoned sweet potato noodles to the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
Air fry the noodles for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the noodles halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Remove the noodles from the air fryer when they are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Serve immediately as a side dish or with your favorite sauce.
