Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer shrimp made with simple seasonings and cooked to perfection in minutes. A quick and healthy seafood dish perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss well to coat all shrimp evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Check that the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. If needed, cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately.
