Description

A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked salmon filets in the air fryer. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned simply with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and herbs.

Ingredients

2 salmon filets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the salmon filets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon filets.
Place the salmon filets in the air fryer basket skin-side down, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon filets and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
