Description

Quick and easy air fryer salmon cooked directly from frozen. This method yields tender, flaky salmon with a perfectly crisp exterior in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

2 frozen salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Brush both sides of the frozen salmon fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down if applicable.
Cook for 7 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
