Description

A creamy, savory high protein chicken dip perfect for parties or snacks. Made with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and cheese for a delicious and nutritious appetizer.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Add the chopped green onions, celery, and red bell pepper to the bowl. Stir to combine evenly.
Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute the seasonings.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (approximately 8×8 inches).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with whole grain crackers, sliced vegetables, or pita chips.
