Description

A delicious and moist chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Italian-style breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, milk, chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
