Description

A quick and healthy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia fillets using an air fryer. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned simply with lemon, garlic, and paprika.


Ingredients

2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove the tilapia from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
