A quick and healthy air fryer recipe featuring perfectly cooked shrimp and tender broccoli with a flavorful garlic lemon seasoning.
Ingredients
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces fresh broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to evenly coat all ingredients.
Place the shrimp and broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
After 10 minutes, check that the shrimp are opaque and cooked through and the broccoli is tender but crisp. If needed, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Transfer the shrimp and broccoli to a serving bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle lemon zest on top. Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
