Description

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for perfectly cooked salmon fillets with a zesty lemon butter sauce. This dish is tender, flavorful, and ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 lemon slices, for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create the lemon butter sauce.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Brush the lemon butter sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Garnish each fillet with a lemon slice and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
