Description

A simple and easy no knead bread recipe made quickly in an air fryer, perfect for fresh homemade bread without the fuss of traditional kneading and oven baking.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast, and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir to mix evenly.
Add 3/4 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms and all flour is incorporated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight until it has doubled in size and bubbles appear on the surface.
After the dough has risen, lightly flour a clean surface and gently turn the dough out onto it. Fold the dough over itself a few times to shape it into a rough ball. Do not knead.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the dough ball into a lightly greased, oven-safe round baking dish or cake pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
Place the baking dish with dough into the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
