Ingredients
1 cup Kodiak muffin mix
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a muffin tin with 6 paper liners or grease the muffin cups.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup Kodiak muffin mix, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons honey.
Stir the mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Divide the batter evenly among the 6 muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
