A simple and delicious sheet pan dinner featuring savory kielbasa sausage and roasted broccoli, seasoned with garlic and herbs for an easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets and sliced kielbasa.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl.
Toss everything together until the broccoli and kielbasa are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the mixture out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and slightly caramelized and the kielbasa is browned.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
