Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes, tips removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried parsley, crushed dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the Italian seasoning blend.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss thoroughly until all wings are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
Cook the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, open the air fryer and flip each wing over. Continue cooking for an additional 10 to 13 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
