Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 medium apple, diced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions
