Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy, flavorful shrimp cooked with the shell on in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer with a hint of garlic and lemon.

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp with shell on, deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry the shrimp for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the shrimp.
