Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Season the salmon evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the dill sauce by combining Greek yogurt, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Serve the salmon fillets with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top or on the side.
