Description

A delicious and easy baked creamy salmon recipe featuring tender salmon fillets baked in a rich, creamy sauce with garlic and herbs. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or special occasion.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down.
Season each fillet with salt and black pepper evenly.
In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.
